Her professional journey includes more than 10 years with Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Red River Valley\, public-facing brand and community relations work with Dale Carnegie Training\, and leadership in learning and development at RDO Equipment Company before stepping into her current role as Director of Alumni and Family Engagement at Concordia College in Moorhead\, MN. Known for her energy\, authenticity\, and passion for connection\, Erica has a talent for creating spaces where people feel supported\, inspired\, and like they belong. Originally from Dawson\, MN\, Erica enjoys meeting new people\, exploring new places\, trying new things\, and will never turn down an opportunity to embrace a good theme!
