Join fellow young professionals for an engaging morning conversation about imposter syndrome - what it is, why so many people experience it, and how we can build greater confidence and trust in ourselves. This session with Erica Johnsrud explores imposter syndrome as a common experience rooted in self-doubt and fear of being “found out,” helping participants identify their own patterns and triggers. It reframes self-trust as the key antidote, offering practical strategies like aligning with personal values, building on strengths, challenging negative self-talk, and cultivating self-awareness. 

About the Presenter: Erica Johnsrud Erica Johnsrud has built a career centered on elevating people, strengthening communities, and creating meaningful experiences. Her professional journey includes more than 10 years with Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Red River Valley, public-facing brand and community relations work with Dale Carnegie Training, and leadership in learning and development at RDO Equipment Company before stepping into her current role as Director of Alumni and Family Engagement at Concordia College in Moorhead, MN. Known for her energy, authenticity, and passion for connection, Erica has a talent for creating spaces where people feel supported, inspired, and like they belong. Originally from Dawson, MN, Erica enjoys meeting new people, exploring new places, trying new things, and will never turn down an opportunity to embrace a good theme!
